How do I return an item?
At GlamCourt, we pride ourselves on providing high quality customer services to our clients. However, due to the nature of this business, we can not accept returns on hair/ accessories that has been opened, used, altered or tampered. An order can be exchanged up to 3 days upon receipt for store credit only. Please inquire with our customer service department at: [email protected] for details.
When will I get my merchandise?
GlamCourt ships all packages via USPS ( United States Postal Service )
Standard Ground Shipping is $2.99
Express Shipping is $5.99
We offer USPS tracking number within 48hrs of shippment of your purchase with express shipping Monday-Friday after your package is shipped.
Note: Shippments are mailed after your credit card payment is approved. This can take 1-3 days depending on your bank. Any purchase made after 3pm on friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Standard Shipping takes between 4 to 5 business days within the United States via USPS.
Express Shipping takes between 1 to 2 business days within the United States via USPS.
Overnight orders are shipped the same or next business day if purchased is made before 3pm Monday-Friday.
